Assumption of Risk

Participation in soccer training, games, camps, clinics, conditioning sessions, and related athletic activities involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, permanent disability, illness, and in rare cases, death.

By participating in any NLT Soccer activity, participants and/or their parent or legal guardian acknowledge and accept that these risks are inherent to athletic participation. Participation is voluntary, and all participants knowingly and willingly assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, participants and/or their parent or legal guardian release, waive, and discharge NLT Soccer, including its owners, directors, coaches, trainers, staff members, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and facility partners, from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in any NLT Soccer activity.

This release applies to any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Medical Authorization

Participants and/or their parent or legal guardian understand and agree that NLT Soccer does not provide medical insurance coverage. Any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation are the sole responsibility of the participant or their parent or legal guardian.

In the event of an emergency, NLT Soccer staff may provide basic first aid and seek emergency medical assistance if deemed necessary. By participating, consent is given for emergency care when immediate contact with a parent or guardian is not possible.

Physical Condition and Fitness

Participants affirm that they are physically able to participate in soccer activities and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. Participants and/or their parent or legal guardian accept full responsibility for monitoring their physical condition and informing NLT Soccer of any relevant medical concerns.

Code of Conduct and Removal

NLT Soccer reserves the right to remove any participant from training or activities if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a risk to themselves or others.

Participation in NLT Soccer programs is a privilege, and maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment is required.

Media Release

Participation in NLT Soccer programs grants permission for photographs, videos, and recordings of participants to be used for training, educational, promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

These materials may be used to showcase player development, academy activities, and related content.

Indemnification

Participants and/or their parent or legal guardian agree to indemnify and hold harmless NLT Soccer and its representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in any NLT Soccer activity.

Governing Law

This waiver and release shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Florida courts.

Acknowledgment

Participation in NLT Soccer programs constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this waiver, including the assumption of risk and release of liability described above.
